　　脑中有猫, 是着名的黄色恐怖片导演- 卢西昂弗尔兹的作品之一, 影迷称他为「血腥教父」，甚至说他是：史上最嗜血的导演。由於作品过於犯禁，屡遭各国政府禁映，更开罪了罗马教廷。
       在本片, 他以自己的现身说法, 用自述的方式, 道出一段恐怖的经历....在拍摄恐怖电影当下, 卢西昂导演开始出现了幻觉, 似真似幻, 脑中浮现死者被残杀的过程, 真是不堪其扰, 受尽折磨的他, 感觉像是脑子里有只猫, 不时啃食着他脑子。他数次进出心理医师诊所, 求助专业医疗, 而医师帮他催眠方式後,才发现这些恐怖幻象是真的, 卢西昂因此行为失序, 胡言乱语, 濒临崩溃边缘....
